STORE POLICY

CUSTOMER CARE

  1. All sales are final and are not subject to refund or reversal, no exchanges or returns.

  2. Shipping fees are non refundable.

  3. Any orders placed after 4:00pm CST Friday, will be processed the following Monday. 

  4. NiquesExquisite is NOT reliable for any LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED packages. WILL ONLY track shipping info. If there are any issues with your package, please file a claim with courier used to ship your package. We will not be responsible for any delays once package has been delivered. 

  5. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be made, packaged, and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday CST. 

  6. Any fraudulent chargebacks opened once customer receives product, will result in LEGAL ACTION. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is 3-4 business days, any delays by USPS contact USPS customer service, NiquesExquisite is NOT LIABLE for any orders once packaged and delivered. No modification to ANY orders once placed! MUST provide the correct shipping info, failure to do so can result in lost/non delivered package. Please allow additional processing time, as Delays can occur due to COVID-19. NiquesExquisite will be sure to stay on top of any future orders placed. Also we will be processing orders in a timely manner, keeping you updated on when orders are out for deliveries, and making sure all orders are secured and packaged with care.
